Individual Pastoral Support is valuable for people in pastoral ministry. I offer a safe space to explore challenges that you have encountered. This is a restorative time for you to reflect and recharge.
Ideal for Team Leads or individuals who carry pastoral responsibility.

Pastor Support Groups
Pastor Support Groups are valuable for pastoral ministry, as it offers a space to explore challenges that have been encountered. It’s a restorative space for a pastor to reflect and recharge.
Supervision groups are for people in ministry, either within the same community (ie Eldership Teams, Trustee Boards, Senior Management or Staff Teams) or as peer groups organised by VJ Coaching.

Team Retreats or Speaking
Victoria has spoken at national conferences, and is experienced in facilitating conference workshops and breakouts. Please get in touch if you would like Victoria to speak at your event or host a retreat.
